Deeper Energy of the Crisis
I was taught through the RIM process (Regenerating Images in Memory process that I practice) to allow my imagination to bring up the energy of a block or stored emotion and allow it to become a shape that will help me understand it or learn from it. This wonderful practice of RIM was developed by Dr. Deb Sandella. You can read more about it here. I was doing a self RIM session and my subconscious or imagination brought up a giant, black anvil right in my heart space. This was a very heavy black anvil and I could feel it weighing down my heart. I knew immediately that this is the heavy weight on the world of this pandemic, nearly crushing it under it’s weight. It felt terrible. I allowed the feeling to move through me and witnessed it for a time.
Once that felt complete, I moved my awareness into the anvil. I always have a prediction of what I will find when I move my awareness into an object, but then, I allow it to be whatever it is. Much to my surprise, it was the most loving energy I had felt in a while. It was the love of Gaia, here to teach us a lesson in a gentle way so that we can learn a lesson about people and our interconnectedness. Waking us up. Preparing us gently for what will happen in the future if we do not change our ways. It was an energy of love putting more pressure on us than we have ever felt in our lifetimes, hoping that we will get the message and do things differently. It wasn’t a dark force. It wasn’t evil. It was Gaia, the spirit of Earth, sending us a message and allowing us to make corrections and plans for a new way of doing things that is more inclusive, kinder to the planet and its people.
This sickness is killing people, yes, but at a rate much less than it could. Through this great pandemic, we will learn how best to respond, how to care for our people, how to live more locally and heart-based. We must learn how to do things differently before it is too late.
I listened to a thought-provoking podcast,The Hive Podcast by Nathalie Nahan with Manda Scott. In it, Manda Scott said that seers into the future do not see anything beyond 2027. Is it either because we are no longer here or because we have changed things so dramatically that it is unrecognizable. Perhaps, the future is about to be determined by what we do as a result of this situation, both outcomes are equally possible.
Know that what is going on is based in love. Gaia is teaching us a relatively kind and gentle lesson with hopes that we wake up and change our ways.
